We have a few of these trees which Washington state apple producers made famous. They do grow in New Hampshire and serve in our pick your own as a later maturing variety. As a child I remember getting off the bus at my grandfathers house
and climbing these trees with my brothers in his orchard to eat these apples. The best ones alway were at the top of the tree,
or so we thought.

Adam's Apples opinion is "There's crisp juicy yellow flesh that is rather coarser than fine. The taste--well, this is striking--there really isn't any. There's sweetness, a tiny hint of balancing tart that is mostly manifest in a slightly astringent finish, but nothing else." I have to agree...
